Wayne State College seeks
a candidate to provide leadership for the Admissions department with a direct emphasis on student
recruitment. Master"s degree preferred, bachelor"s degree required; minimum of three to five years
experience in a college or university setting required. The candidate should have experience in
undergraduate recruitment; knowledge of and experience with the development of marketing and/or
business plans; knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management); knowledge of EMAS (Enrollment
Management Software for Colleges) software; knowledge of Oracle and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions;
strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills;
excellent supervisory and organizational skills; and knowledge of Microsoft Office
This position will be responsible for but is not limited to the
*Design and implement recruitment and admissions strategies to identify, attract, and

*Administer all recruitment processes for in-state, non-resident, and international
*Assess current recruitment, admissions, and orientation practices.
